Apartment Refurbishment, Nea Smyrni

This is the refurbishment of ’69s 72 m² apartment residential building. The refurbishment includes total replacement of electrical wiring and new plumbing installation. Parts of the walls were demolished and some new were made. The wooden floor was sanded and polished, and the old terrazzo was covered with dark grey epoxy color. All parts of bathroom and kitchen furnishing were replaced. The refurbishment costed 350€/m²
